Day 1: Arrival and Warm-Up
Date: 28th July 2024
The Extended Weekend in Dublin, Ireland, officially began with our GolfMatchPlay members arriving and wasting no time heading straight to the stunning Corballis Links Golf Club to warm up. The evening concluded with a delightful meet-up over cocktails at The Dyflin Bar in Radisson Blu Royal Hotel, Dublin, setting the tone for the exciting days ahead.
Day 2: Teeing off at The K Club

Breakfast at the hotel fueled our participants for an exciting day ahead. The group gathered in the lobby at 10:00 am and departed for The K Club, renowned for its Palmer North course designed by Arnold Palmer. The golfers teed off at 12:10 pm, embracing the challenges and beauty of one of Europe’s top golf courses. The evening was spent sharing stories of the day’s triumphs and challenges over dinner.
Day 3: Golf with a Champion at Ardee Golf Club

What a day we had! During our travel in Dublin, Ireland, GolfMatchPlay members were invited to Ardee Golf Club (this historic course, dating back to 1911) for a round of golf by our legend and champion, Tom Muldoon. The day began with a fantastic golf clinic by the amazing Brian Kerley, who has 25 years of experience. Each of us received personalized advice that will undoubtedly up our game.
After the golf clinic, Tom Muldoon treated us to an unforgettable dinner at his renowned restaurant - Brian Muldoon & Sons. Thank you, Tom! The day was truly happy and filled with great memories, making it a highlight of our trip.
Day 4: Final Rounds at Luttrellstown Castle Golf & Country Club

The final golf day featured the breathtaking Luttrellstown Castle Resort. The weather was perfect, the company was amazing, and the course was simply stunning. A big shoutout to the Luttrellstown team for their incredible hospitality! We truly enjoyed every moment on this beautiful course, rounding off our golf adventure in Dublin with style.

As we wrapped up this extended weekend, we reflected on the wonderful experiences and memories we've created. Breakfast was served at the Radisson Blu Royal Hotel, and by noon, we bid farewell to Dublin, carrying with us the joy and excitement of this exceptional golfing weekend.
Event Highlights:
- The K Club - Palmer North: A challenging and picturesque course, the Palmer North did not disappoint. Known for hosting top golf events like the Ryder Cup and the Irish Open, our members experienced its unique holes, especially the notable 4th, 7th, 16th, and 17th.

Ardee Golf Club: Steeped in history, Ardee offered a mix of tight par 5s and challenging par 4s. The golf clinic with Brian Kerley provided insights that players will carry forward in their games.

Luttrellstown Castle Resort: With a rich backdrop of the River Liffey and the historic Luttrellstown Castle, this course offered both a visual and playing delight. The state-of-the-art facilities and the hospitality of the staff made this day truly special.
